My mother did not like this chair at first because it was so different (better) than her lazy boy. Through a slow process of trying it daily she has come to love it. It has really helped the edema in her feet.

Don't expect much service from shippers. Arrived on time in 1 week. The shipper left the chair in the driveway and would not bring it inside. Strictly shipping, not delivery, and certainly not service,

We had a misunderstanding about where the chair would be dropped off. We thought they would place the chair inside but it didn't fit in the door inside the crate and they will not uncrate it so it was up to us to uncrate and get it in the house.
