IT IS HARD FOR ME TO GET TO THE HAND CONTROL. I TRY TO KEEP IT IN THE CHAIR BUT IT KEEPS FALLING ON THE FLOOR. I KNOW THERE IS A HOOK TO HOLD ON THE SIDE BUT I HAVE A HARD TIME REACHING IT. THE FABRIC IS CURLING AT THE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SEAT CUSHION.
