The fabric, the ease of use, the user friendly control unit.

The plug and the transformer thing should have been mounted to the bottom of the chair instead of being loose and looking sloppy.

Delivery was fine. Only issue was that the pallets that the chair came on were not removed. They were left in our garage.

My Mom really enjoyed the chair for the short time she had it. It helped her feel more independent.
