| The lift recliner chair has performed as expected. We (my sisters and I) purchased this chair for our father as a Father's Day gift (this past FD). We thought of this chair as a gift because I also have an ailing cousin (cancer) in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and my wife and I purchased this same chair for him. And it has worked out terrifically. My cousin has been using the chair almost 24 hours a day for not only sitting, but for sleeping. We can't say enough about how the chair(s) have performed for our family. | |

Wife caught situation thru reviewing Order Confirmation. BAD choice for me (I sweat constantly), but was caught before 1st chair was sent! Found material and color that works great. I do need a suggestion for eliminating odors from chair. |

| The chair seems to be holding up pretty well after nearly a year. We have noticed a small creaking about it. It is quite comfortable for a 5'11 210-lb. user. Seating was a little narrower than our previous brand chair which makes it a bit tight for our pooch to have leg side access with user. | |

| Service & Delivery | Delivery was by the date promised. The only problem with drop-shipping is that chair is heavy and difficult to get up stairs. Also, packaging was very hard to remove, but chair was in excellent shape because of the packaging so guess it's a good compromise. |
| The best thing about this chair compared to the previous liftchair we had for our father is that the back just clicks on. No screws to assemble or to fall out in a few years!! | |
