Delivery was quick. We had an issue with the contractor, who was supposed to install the chair. The maintenance man at the Assisted Living home put it together in no time. White glove charge was reimbursed due to the contractor's poor response.

I recommended All Lifts chairs. The product met our expectation. The delivery was fast. Karen in Customer Service was extremely helpful in resolving the issue that we had with installation. Overall my experience was excellent.

Customer service is great! The sales team was absolutely wonderful, and answered all our questions, and even gave us more information to help us make a decision. The chair arrived within a week, and we were called by the freight company on the day it was to be delivered. We did not pay extra to have it delivered inside. My sister and I took it out of the box right outside the front door and pushed it in the house. No big deal. It comes in two pieces, so it's not that heavy. The delivery man will not take it inside for you unless you pay extra, and then they only set it inside the front door. It's not worth the money.

When my 88 year-old mom had difficulty rising out of most chairs, we decided to buy a LIft Chair. I was hesitant to buy one online without actually trying it out, but the price was the deciding factor. La-Z-Boy lift chairs were quoted to be over $1,000, without all the extras of the Pride's GL-358M. We paid a little over $600 with free shipping, and if you have a doctor's prescription, then there's no tax!
The chair was so easy to set up, just make sure that the back of the chair clicks when you push it in. My mom absolutely loves the color, and it's the perfect fit. Make sure you measure to make sure you order the right size. My mom's 5'3" and we ordered the Medium for her. Some reviews mentioned the chair was not comfortable, but my mom says it's comfortable. She likes to use a kidney size cushion to support her lower back.
You can't go wrong purchasing this chair. We're very happy we ordered online and saved over $300.

I paid for the indoor delivery but the consignee dropped off the chair two feet from the front door and said that their company rules do not permit indoor delivery.

The subcontractor who set up the chair in side the home was excellent and efficient, in explaining how to use the chair.

They called to set up a delivery date and the chair came as promised. The delivery man helped bring the chair in and my husband had no problem putting it together. I think I was sitting in the chair 30 minute after it had been delivered.
|
|
I can now get up easily, and don't have to plop down on the chair as I did before. The liftchair has made me more mobile. Before it was so painful to try to get out off of my old couch, so I just wouldn't. The lift chair has given me the mobility to get up and get around so much easier, I'm not that same old couch potato that I was. My husband has threatened to put a bell around my neck so he can find me, he's not used to me getting around like I am now. He says he never knows where I'm going to be, after years of always knowing I would be on the couch.
