Product is great. Easy on and off from wheelchair. Can also transfer from wheelchair to product as well. Not overly complicated and it is not a big device.

| Cons |
Fits most toilets but need to indicate what kind of toilet you have. We have a "powerflush" which has different bolts for the seat attachment, so we had to get a different toilet seat.

| Service & Delivery |
Service and delivery was great. When we received the product, it did not fit the custom toilet we had. Company took the time to get us a seat that fit and did it very quickly. Very helpful and considerate in their follow up.
