Pros
Works Smoothly, Touchable Fabric, Sturdy
Cons
Seat is not all that comfortable. We put an air cushion in it and that helped. My dad uses it all day every day. I think he really likes it.

Pros
Works Smoothly
Cons
Uncomfortable
Difficult to get out of. When the chair's in it's raised position, it is awkward and slippery to get out of. The salesman was notified and he said he would contact me, but he has not as of yet. Two weeks have passed and no response. I've sent pics, and tried to inquire about the problem but I guess they just don't care. I would really love to return it as it will not be suitable for me.

Pros
Cons
Uncomfortable, very stiff, and not "Roomy"
I am a 5'11 360 lb. man who has MS. My feet dangled over the footrest by at least 4 inches, and it did not supply head/neck support by about 5 inches. You have to fully recline in order for the feet to be elevated very high. I could not fully recline and view the TV without having my lying off of the chair.

Pros
Comfortable, Touchable Fabric, Works Smoothly, Sturdy
Cons
None
I bought this chair for my 82 year-old dad who has considerable back pain following two failed back surgeries. Dad told me the chair has been a life saver. He is comfortable sitting most of the day and is now sleeping in it because he can no longer get comfortable in bed. We're all happy with our purchase.

Delivery was prompt and set up was easy!
