  I'm writing to let you know how much I appreciate the extraordinary customer service I've received from Alex in the past few weeks.

  I called and spoke with Alex on behalf of a homebound client who had a strict and very limited budget that would not have allowed for the in-home delivery he needed. Alex went above and beyond in contacting the company to make the case for an exception, and was great about keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process.

  I hope you will believe me when I say that Alex's simple act of customer service has had a life-changing impact on this client's life. I don't just mean that the chair will improve my client's quality of life, though it undoubtedly will; I mean that getting this particular chair delivered at this particular time was a crucial and absolutely essential step in resolving a situation with a long and complicated history.

  I won't go into more detail here, but the specifics are really beside the point. I called several companies before coming across All Lift Chairs, and none of the agents offered to even try to resolve my client's dilemma.

  Without Alex's level of service, my client would be in seriously dire straits (I realize that sounds dramatic, but it's truly not an exaggeration). I know that my client and I are both immensely appreciative of his efforts.

  I ordered a Pride lift chair on your Internet site. This was done on behalf of my 87 year old DAD. I convinced him to let me order it on the Internet even though he was a little reluctant. The chair was delivered today June 8th. Needless to say he was impressed with the service AND the Chair. In fact, he was so impressed that he had me place an order for another chair to be put in his bedroom This time, he added the "in home setup". For that, I am glad. I am 67 years old and set up the one that arrived today. It can be done but I prefer someone else to do it other than me. Again, I commend you on your service and your prices.   Hi Michael, The chair is everything you described. The Footrest Extension is connected mechanically in such a way that it folds out or under as the leg rest moves. The ability to move the back rest and the leg rest independently from each other is exactly what we wanted. Mom, 92, will take a while to adjust to the six button control but we a really pleased with the chair. The chair was very easy to set up and the directions very clear. I appreciate your patience and persistence in securing information for me in summary this chair is a great improvement over the three position models. The chair was priced from $200.00 to $500.00 less than comparable chairs with only the 3 standard positions and more if include shipping. Your prices for the chair with delivery was $200.00 to $300.00 less the local providers of medical equipment. Based on this experience I will be recommending All Lift Chairs and this model of the Golden Chair Line. Thanks

  Dear Mr. Burrow! Thank you for your excellent service! Ordered on Monday and delivered at 5 on Friday afternoon (could have been Thursday if we were going to be home). All was done so efficiently including Ohio freight dispatchers and delivery man. So courteous, would not leave without knowing it was out of the box and in the front door.
