LIFT CHAIR RETURN POLICY:
When your new lift chair arrives you have 10 days to inspect it for any defects or damage. If there are any defects or damage to your new lift chair the manufacturer will repair it at no cost to you, or replace it with a new lift chair at the manufacturers option.
Except for customized lift chairs, if the correct lift chair is delivered, but you don't like it for any reason, you have 10 days following delivery to return it. Simply call our customer service number at 919-231-0364, let us know you want to return the lift chair, and we will send you a Return Authorization Release Form by either fax or email. Upon the return of your signed form we will issue a return authorization number.
Customer will be responsible for packaging and shipping the lift chair. If you do not have the original box one may be purchased at the cost of the box plus shipping. Once the lift chair is received at the manufacturers facility in like new condition, we will refund your purchase price of the chair, less a 15% restocking fee and the freight charges involved. If you paid by credit card, credit will be issued back to the card. If you paid by check a check will be mailed to you. The credit process will take 30-45 days.
CUSTOMIZED LIFT CHAIRS:
Customized lift chairs are not returnable. This includes any chair which you change the fabric to one from another line, upgrade the fabric, use your own fabric, change the pocket to the left side, add heat & massage, etc. The Leather Lift Chair is also a customized chair. Please understand that this helps us keep our costs down, as customized lift chairs cannot be resold.
If your lift chair has left the warehouse and you cancel there will be a freight charge of $100.00 and a 15% restocking fee. However, customized lift chairs cannot be cancelled once they are put into production. This includes the Leather Lift Chair.
If your lift chair has not left the warehouse there is a $50 cancellation fee.

Leather Lift Chairs
These products are custom made, so there are no returns. Cancellations cannot be made once production has started.
All Winco Geri chairs carry a 15% restock fee plus freight both directions. Minimum freight charge is $200.
Massage Chair Collection
No returns on any massage chair.
Toilet Seat Lifts
No returns. This is due to the fact that Federal law prohibits it.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of North Carolina, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. All Liftchairs may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
