Delivery was prompt, however, I paid additional money to have the package delivered inside of the door, but because this was delivered UPS, I was told by the driver that placing the carton inside of the door was against their policy.

Used as an aid in standing from a seated position and as an easy chair. I have this lift chair with the heat and massage features, and it is wonderful!
