confidence back, she dosen't feel as helpless just being able to work the remote and set it where she feels comfortable has really made a difference she had just about given up.

Delivery was prompt, however, I paid additional money to have the package delivered inside of the door, but because this was delivered UPS, I was told by the driver that placing the carton inside of the door was against their policy.
